How does Crystal Healing Actually Work?

Nat Bondar was born in Ukraine and was present when the Chernobyl disaster happened, she was 180km south at the time. She developed natural clairvoyance at the age of nine and learned to see the radiation in foods – so she could tell whether they were safe to eat or not. She also learned to see the energetic residues of chemicals, pesticides and herbicides on fruit and vegetables. She can now see the energetic reality of anything at will, including all minerals, plants and people – she sees auras instantly if she wants to. However she does not do any ‘private readings’ at all, for anyone – preferring to do greater more beneficial research for all. The Element of Harmony is her first published book about the energetic reality of crystals and stones and their therapeutic qualities in healing. It is the first book ever written to explain the subject and it was written because no other book actually thoroughly explains why a crystal has a healing quality and exactly how it works.

Tony Bondar, her husband comes from Scotland and spent his childhood in Brazil, where he began his lifelong interest in minerals. With fifteen years experience in the minerals market and very deep interests in the spirituality of Man, he wrote the English version of the book when Nat translated her research from Russian.

The difference between traditional crystal healing and the research we have done: Traditional crystal healing uses the idea that Man has seven chakras, each a different single colour – and each governing the vitality of a region of the body. When we have an illness, or health problem – it is believed that one of our chakras isn’t working properly and needs ‘balanced’. It is also generally believed that all crystals and minerals are associated to a chakra by their colour – and by placing the appropriate coloured crystal or stone onto the chakra concerned – it becomes balanced and the body becomes healed…

Nat can see chakras. What she sees, does not match the traditional idea of their seven single colours, instead she sees them constantly changing colour all the time, rendering the colours theory invalid. Furthermore, she has looked deeper and researched what actually happens inside the chakras, and has concluded that there is tremendous misunderstanding about the subject. Chakras themselves do not and can not become ‘unbalanced or blocked’ – the real issue in fact to do with the subtle energies inside the chakras. These energies can and do sometimes carry the wrong ‘information command’ or become mis-coded and this is the real cause of the problem. It is not the chakra – it is an energy inside the chakra. So when people perform any healing exercise on a chakra – in truth – they are actually trying to repair an energetic current inside the chakra – but they don’t realise that – because this knowledge is not taught yet in healing education. The result then is that while generally speaking the patient / client may well have relief or benefit from the healing session – it will not be and never can be as effective as that from someone who thoroughly understands these issues of the subtle energies and chakras.

Crystal healing – how does it work?

Consider that our feelings, thoughts and our physical body are on different levels of reality, we can sometimes sense one another’s’ thoughts without any physical perception of them (such as speech, or observing gestures etc). We can feel emotions so strongly, and yet they can not be defined in our physical body. Our mind is not our brain and our ‘broken hearts’ are not those hearts that pump blood around our bodies… In short – we do live in a multidimensional reality. Our mind and thoughts originate on one level and our feelings and emotions originate on another level of reality, both then manifest through our consciousness to the physical body. On a cellular level, the physical organs of our body constantly continue to divide and multiply – cells are constantly being ‘born’ and equally, other cells are constantly being shed from these same organs. This is the reality of our life; sustained by organs, systems and subsystems, performing specific functions, each in its place and each with it’s own specific ‘job’ to do.

However, some people have the ability or the perception to see beyond our physical world and they can see auras and even subtle energies. Nat is one such person; she can look inside the body on energetic levels and see threads and currents of subtle energy flowing throughout the system. We defined that all the cells of the organs, systems and subsystems of the physical body have a kind of ‘programming’ or fixed objective. We have further defined that there are specific energetic threads and channels (if you will) that connect chakras to these organs and systems. Inside these threads and channels are very specific currents of subtle energy and they carry this ‘program’ to the cells of that organ. We named this program as the ‘information command’ and under normal circumstances; the information command is one of specially organised harmony.

This information command or ‘code’ can become distorted or ‘mis-programmed’ and the result is that the cells of that specific organ then begin to enter a chaotic condition, still dividing and multiplying – but only now they are given the wrong ‘message’. They still do as they are ‘told’ to do – but the results manifest into illness and disease or malady of the organ concerned.

Now then, let’s introduce crystals and minerals to the issue… By observing energetically, the subtle reality in and around any crystal or mineral – a ‘field’ of special subtle energy can be found. It is the field of mineral energy – a non-physical field of subtle energy that’s very specific in strengths and frequencies of vibration. Every different type of mineral has a different type of field and a different form of mineral energy within that field. So the field of Rose Quartz for example is different to that of Amethyst. Also contained in this mineral energy is a ‘code’ or agent called The Element of Harmony. It basically maintains balance and equilibrium in the minerals’ energetic reality. We can now return to the information command of the energies in the channels between the chakras and the organs of the body (on subtle levels, not physical levels). Picture if you will someone with a throat problem – let’s be as specific as to say they have trouble with their vocal chords, as a result of perhaps some abnormal growth thereon. In keeping with the principle of why this problem has manifest – as a result of the subtle energy going to the area becoming miscoded, we can approach the use of minerals. In this exact case, Green Tourmaline can be used to resolve the matter. Why – because the specific vibrations of the ‘mineral energy of Green Tourmaline’ are closely similar to the vibrations of the subtle energy that sustains and maintains the throat area, particularly the vocal chords…

When a Green Tourmaline crystal is brought to the area, on energetic levels it means that the mineral energy field will interact with the subtle energy of that part of the body. As a result, the Element of Harmony engages with the miscoded ‘vocal chords energy’ and begins to re-program it to return back to balance once again. However, as much as this crystal would have an effect, it would be comparatively limited and therefore it would need to be ‘amplified’ by means of special energetic exercises.

These exercises involve the use of thoughtforms, which are powerful, concentrated, consolidated thoughts of a fixed objective. By the action of a thoughtform on a mineral, the mineral energy can increase its power a hundredfold.

Through their research, Nat and Tony have defined that all mineral energies are different in the strength and their frequency of vibration – and it is this that gives them their therapeutic qualities – because of the similarity of these energies to those of the energetic reality of Man. They have written this book to explain the subject thoroughly to enable anyone to learn how to heal with crystals. It’s not anything magical or supernatural – to them it is normal reality.

The book is already beginning to cause controversy because it exposes the facts about energetic healing as a result of research. It raises issues that turn the tables on conventional energetic healing ideas. It is the first book to describe many of the energetic aspects of Man seemingly previously unknown.
