Life Before Birth.

To many it is a belief that there is life after death; to some it is knowledge. I have a story to tell that looks at life in the opposite direction - life before birth - but I am not directly referring to reincarnation. My daughter is a bubbly three-year-old now yet before she was even born, I had fully developed a relationship with her.

In early June, I was delighted to confirm that I was pregnant, so my husband and I celebrated the future promise of our first child. I went through the usual medical check-ups and assessments, and all was well. It was a wonderful feeling. Instead of looking at life as a woman, I began to view it as a mother-to-be.

Ever since I was very young, I have had "Teachers" who visited me in their subtle form. I would come home from school, do homework and then my daily spiritual education continued with my "Teachers." I learned subjects through their tuition varying from psychic development to advanced sciences of the cosmos. This spiritual education continued throughout my adolescence and helped me to further understand the hidden mechanisms behind all apparent life. Some three weeks into my pregnancy, my Teacher visited me and told me that he wished to introduce me to someone special - the Soul of my unborn child. I agreed and a few moments later a beautiful being appeared with him. This being was distinctly androgynous and could be taken for either a man or a woman. Perhaps this was deliberate to avoid my associating a "him" or a "her" to the future gender of my child. At that moment began a series of direct conversations with this Soul. These were to continue throughout my pregnancy and only ended when I gave birth to my daughter.

I was given precise information relating to everything from diet, manner of upbringing, health, discipline, lifestyle, toys and games for my future child. There was always a sense of awareness that despite the obvious physical changes my body was going through, the growing baby within was not this Soul, but that the two would become one at a certain moment to come. Telepathic communication with subtle beings is nothing new to me. I have experienced it on an almost daily basis throughout my life, but this was a different relationship; we were closer. Empathy grew between us. In order that I could share the experience with my husband, I began to write down our conversations, then afterwards could fill in extra details with him. We kept this situation secret; we told no one, not even my mother. Nobody would ordinarily be able to understand the circumstances. Certainly our friends with no esoteric interests would probably not be able to cope with the concept as it goes a long way to prove the existence of the Soul dissociated from the body.

Since I gave birth, I have only told my mother the full details. Now I can share them with you. I was given very specific instructions about thought; how we were to be extremely careful and meticulous with what we would think in the presence of our future baby. We were never to look at our child and follow the normal routine of "Isn't he or she so cute and cuddly", because this type of thinking heavily influences the development of the young. Instead, our thoughts were always to maintain a supervision of "Remember this Soul" and "don't presume that just because the body is small, the Soul is too, for the Soul is fully developed and fully aware of all". It is just through physical circumstances that unborn babies cannot totally express themselves through an underdeveloped body. I was told there was a special objective here - to ensure that my child would have every opportunity to complete self-realization at as young an age as possible, something I would earnestly wish any child to fulfil. From the very first days of contact with our baby, in all actions and perception, we would have to realize, remember and express in life the thought that this Soul is in a temporary condition of passive observation of the new reality. We were to try to ensure that the toys our baby was to have were as natural and as organic as possible; wooden toys were infinitely more appropriate than anything made from plastic. Furthermore, it was essential to try to allow as much contact with nature as possible. Walks in the countryside, leaves, flowers, sticks, stones, rivers, streams, fields, animals and plants were all very important for the special development our baby was to have.

It was highlighted to us that in society, so many people follow like sheep. For example, computer games seem to rule countless people's lives - both children and adults. Many fall victim to these illusionary games, but what possible good can come of folk voluntarily locking their minds inside a completely artificial reality? Nature is our birthright. It is all around us, magnificent in its architecture, beautiful in its constant movement, yet with technology, are we becoming more and more blind to Nature's bounty? Generally speaking, there is often a complete absence of understanding of the true nature of thought among people and frequently amongst parents of very young children. We are expected to follow what others do to stimulate the mental development of our children. This is usually a slow path with constant repetition leading to memory development and gradual adaptation to people, a lifestyle and an environment. What I was being told by my future daughter was a path which was to be deliberately different where I would have to try to stimulate her to think for herself and learn concepts and ideas as early as possible. She wanted to develop as much knowledge as possible through formulating her own conclusions about things: that was the emphasis being made.

When someone is present just before his or her imminent future life in the physical world, they possess their full memory and are in a condition of absolute awareness and complete expanded consciousness. They have a connection with the developing body in their future mother's womb from the moment of conception. At the moment of birth, they can lose all prior memory and awareness. This happening in an instant, it is replaced by a direct bond of the consciousness to the nervous system of the new body. On the morning of January 23, I awoke to find the Soul sitting on my bed. I was told that special work was being done on the DNA of my unborn child. I then saw columns of what looked like DNA strands vertically lifting from the baby inside me. Some points in these were very bright blue. These were the focus of the Soul form's attention. Changes were being made that would be related to special events my child would one day take part in.

This was my first pregnancy . . . and life had become a big learning curve! I attended antenatal classes and read everything I could about the birth experience, but was becoming anxious. The Soul told me that when I was in labour, the whole process could be accelerated by concentrating on the thought of the coming meeting with my baby. This was because the power of this thought creates a physical influence on the speed at which the cervix can open. From what I had read so far, I was probably going to be a little preoccupied!

One afternoon in February, we drove to a beauty spot on a high mountain pass. After parking the car, my husband got out of his driving seat and then got into one of the back seats. Shortly afterwards, we were joined by the Soul of our future daughter, who took position in the driver's seat and there we sat and talked about all sorts of things of our coming future. Other folk parked their cars nearby and stretched their legs while we were there, right next to them, but in an altogether different world, away from theirs. On the morning of March 14, I noticed the Soul was changing - the body of light seemed to be going through a transition and was not the same as I had seen on earlier occasions. Then just before I fell asleep that evening, I noticed there was a strong connecting channel forming between the Soul and my baby. I was reassured that the time was coming close and everything would be fine.

Two days later, I started having contractions. We went to the hospital at about 2.00 pm. By late afternoon, I was well into labour and was given a painkiller, which made me a bit dozy, I looked at things one last time. I could see a ring of white and yellow light around my baby. As time went on, it changed to become absorbed almost completely. After this I don't remember looking at things. My daughter was born just before 9.00 that night. I had the best sleep for months! I spent two days in hospital. When we came home for the first time, I looked at my baby girl and could see her chakras extending like glowing funnels of light while she happily slept in her car seat. Since the day before her birth, I have had no telepathic contact with my daughter. We are trying to fulfil her instructions as best we can. I eagerly wait the day when she wakes up to who she really is and once more begins to "talk" to me. Meanwhile, I am designing a book for parents and children based on the 'before birth information' she gave to me.
