The reasons why we wrote "The Element of Harmony" are quite simple. We had several questions about crystal healing and in particular – about the therapeutic properties that crystals and minerals were supposed to have, but we could not find satisfactory answers to our questions in any available published books.

The two most significant questions were:

If a crystal or mineral possesses healing qualities – why does it do so?

Exactly how do crystal or mineral energies actually interact with the health of the body or mind?

We looked at many different books on the subject of crystal healing, and we could not find the answers that we were looking for. Many writers approached the key subject matter – but although they would discuss various ideas, none would actually, definitively explain the how’s and why’s of the core issues. We were disappointed to find that many writers seemed to completely ignore the issue – and were content just to provide their opinions of therapeutic qualities for all sorts of minerals and crystals, without even a hint of explanation for such qualities.

This led us to the thought ‘how do we know what we are reading is accurate’? If so many writers might say various crystals and stones have various qualities, but neglected to explain why they held such opinions – how could we be sure that this or that writer was actually telling the facts as they are reflected in Nature?

Now some people might suggest that perhaps we were looking for something that could not be found simply because we wanted such depth of explanation and that nobody but ourselves would want such depth. That is a fair point. It might be that everyone else was content to read and learn of other peoples’ opinions regardless of whether they really did explain the facts or not. However, we did find that, when we mentioned our quest to others – they would often say: ‘oh, I never thought of that’ and ‘now that you mention it, I do get a bit frustrated by the lack of background and explanation’… ‘ there’s so much airy fairy-ness in crystal books’…

As we are in the business of marketing crystals and stones, we were well positioned to do our own research; with virtually any mineral available to us. We began our research, with clairvoyant observation of the various mineral energies and those of the body, of thoughtforms and of other influences. To begin with, we had no intention of writing and producing a book to be sold.

It is this reason why the first edition may be compared to a research thesis rather than a book for the general public.

When we finally did decide to publish it, we realised that a great deal of the content was new and had not been written before and we valued it as a single work. This is why we did not want to approach mainstream publishing companies; we wanted full control of the design, the text and diagrams. We did not want any of it removed, edited or ‘polished up’ for a mass consumer market under the direction of a publishing company that would have commerce as its sole objective.

So we published ourselves, a costly enterprise but one we felt happier with. The first edition is thus limited to one thousand copies only.

It is not a ‘look up your favourite stone’ type of book – instead it is a very serious analysis of the actual therapeutic qualities of minerals together with profound details on the energetic system of man and thoughtforms. The people that will enjoy it are those that are seriously interested in healing with crystals. It explains in exact detail what happens ‘behind the scenes’ in healing with minerals and explores the subject as thoroughly as possible. There is deliberately no index – to compel readers to read it all and thus to better teach them the full reality.

It has 242 pages, has 107 diagrams and is A5 in size and weighs 520g, it is printed on quality, heavyweight paper.

If you have reached past the stage of ‘ordinary crystal books’ and you want something to really teach you the facts with thorough explanation, then "The Element of Harmony" is the book for you. It will make you think.

Our ultimate objective is to help Man to achieve a higher understanding of his nature, that he may then, be better qualified and further able to help others in turn.

If anyone that currently practices any form of holistic or spiritual therapy were to read "The Element of Harmony", we believe that his or her work would consequently become far more effective. This applies to all complementary or alternative health subjects, not just to crystal healing. The reason why we believe this – is because every healing art, of any form, employs thoughtforms, and where anyone attains profound understanding of these – then their work can only improve. Everyone generates and uses thoughtforms in their countless thousands, if not tens or hundreds of thousands every day – but these are ordinary ‘information bubbles’. Our work has defined the difference between ‘ordinary thoughtforms’ and ‘powerful thoughtforms’; we have determined exactly the best way to go about their creation and application to life. When carefully created, such things can be phenomenal in strength; they act as reality programs and when used in conjunction with mineral energies, great work can be accomplished.

The ultimate goal is to help educate humanity to appreciate that all negative thoughts and feelings are to our personal and global detriment and that positive thinking is the only worthwhile exercise.

 

I recently bought a copy of your book Element of Harmony and I'm very impressed with it and I haven't even finished reading it yet! :-) I think it is very, very welcome at this time when crystals are becoming so popular and people think spirituality is easy, just follow the instructions, no effort required. We need more genuine articles these days as "spirituality", especially under the banner of "new age" is becoming more and more another form of consumerism.

My name is Amanda. I am a crystal therapist and teacher who over the years has arrived at conclusions that mirror your findings. For example, I was taught to point s.t. quartz inwards to send energy into my client, but my experience was that the opposite occurred. Even with the energy centres I can feel many energetic frequencies taking place which were never discussed in my tuition. In consequence of this I have modified my practice accordingly. I was therefore very heartened by reading The Element of Harmony, as it concurs entirely with my own experience.
My partner, Francis, who recently retired from his work to do research and teach alongside me has had similar experiences, and he too is heartened by your book. Until reading it we had both felt a little lonely with regards to the prevailing opinions about the energetics of crystal therapy.
