Do I need to open an account to buy goods from you?

No, you can simply collect items into your shopping basket and fill in your details and pay at the end, no fuss, no problems.

Can I buy in US Dollars or Euros?

No, the site is set up to only sell and undertake transactions in UK Sterling Pounds, however we do give an approximate guideline value in US Dollars and Euros on each product for sale. This guideline value is updated every week or so – but you can’t rely on it for exact accuracy day by day. If you wish to know an accurate currency value for any item on our site we suggest you look at a currency exchange site such as www.xe.com.

How long have you been trading?

We have been trading in minerals since 2002, the book since 2004 and now the cards too in 2007.

Can I buy online with your web site safely and securely?

Yes, you fill in all details and then you complete the payment on our payment providers secure site.

Can I pay by telephone?

We don’t have the facility for personally taking card numbers and entering them into the payment server; this is something we may do in the future; if so we will say so on the web site.

Can I pay by cheque?

UK customers only can pay by cheque. However you’ll have to make a private arrangement through an email to us using our ‘contact us’ form and any payments by cheque would require 4 working days to clear once we have received it. Therefore you may have to wait up to 10 days or so to receive your order when paying by cheque.

How long does delivery take?

Crystal Harmony shall not be held liable for any losses, including any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits or goods due to a failure of Crystal Harmony to meet an estimated delivery date.
We send UK orders through either Royal Mail Second Class or through another carrier; which ever is cheaper. We will normally process and despatch UK orders to you within two business days. The use of another carrier is available to mainland UK only but unfortunately may either incur higher cost or may take longer than normal to deliver goods to certain areas of Scotland. Should you live in an area such as Orkney or Lewis for example; we may contact you to confirm an estimated date of delivery. International Orders are usually sent through the UK Royal Mail by their airmail service. Customers outside the UK would normally expect their goods to be delivered within ten days of placing an order.

If an order is placed between 5pm Friday & 5pm Sunday, we are usually unable to process the order until the Monday and in normal circumstances we aim to despatch such orders by 5pm Tuesday.

How much will postage cost?

This again depends on where the item is being sent. Generally speaking, we use Royal Mail Second Class Post and each order includes a packaging charge per item. This is all calculated in the Shopping Cart. We know how annoying it can be to want to buy something online and you don’t get to see how much to pay until after going through various stages of shopping cart pages... So to try to clarify our postage charges our delivery page has a full list of what we charge for UK customers order weights up to 20kg; outside the UK the costs become too variable to list every charge for every country.
