The terms: ‘Crystal Harmony’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ will all refer to our trading company throughout these terms and conditions of business. The terms ‘you’and ‘the customer’ refer to whom business is conducted with and whom the contractual agreement of sale is entered into. No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale until the goods are dispatched by the seller.
All prices displayed include VAT where applicable. All goods available through the web site www.crystalharmony.co.uk, remain the property of Crystal Harmony until fully paid for by and dispatched to the customer.
Prices displayed at time of order are the price payable, yet these are subject to the post and packaging cost. Thus an item shown for sale for a fixed price; its price would not necessarily be the cost you pay as packaging and delivery would need to be calculated and included.

VAT

All our prices throughout the site include UK VAT (Value Added Tax) except the ‘Element of Harmony’ book which is VAT exempt. In the case where the ‘Crystal Energy Cards’ and the ‘Element of Harmony’ book are sold as one item for a discount – here only the cards set will already have VAT added to its price. Due to the limitations of the website software, an invoice / receipt is created without displaying the actual VAT figure of the sale. Therefore if you would like an invoice / receipt that does display this figure – please ask us for one and we will be happy to oblige either by email or with your purchased goods.

Delivery

Crystal Harmony shall not be held liable for any losses, including any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits or goods due to a failure of Crystal Harmony to meet an estimated delivery date.
We send UK orders through either Royal Mail Second Class or through another carrier; which ever is cheaper. We will normally process and despatch UK orders to you in four business days. The use of another carrier is available to mainland UK only but unfortunately may either incur higher cost or may take longer than normal to deliver goods to certain areas of Scotland. Should you live in an area such as Orkney or Lewis for example; we may contact you to confirm an estimated date of delivery. International Orders are usually sent through the UK Royal Mail by their airmail service. Customers outside the UK would normally expect their goods to be delivered within ten days of placing an order.
If a order is placed between 5pm Friday & Sunday 5pm, we are usually unable to pick the order until Monday and in normal circumstances we aim to have this dispatched on the Tuesday or Wednesday.

Damaged Goods/Missing Items

Please notify us of any damaged/missing goods by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Any faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery, Any claim after this time will not be accepted. When returning any goods to us, please package well. The buyer will be held responsible for any costs incurred to rectify damage done to items, which has been caused by inadequate packaging or wrongly packaged items in the opinion of Crystal Harmony.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
• firstly, to process your order
• secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have asked us to do so. We do not pass your details onto any other companies or third parties.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:
• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Phone Number
• Your E-mail Address

We DO NOT collect your credit/debit card details. Your payment details are taken by our Payment Service Provider on their secure site, we never see them. Our reference is the Transaction ID that you receive after placing your order.
You are entitled to ask what information we hold about you and to receive a copy of such information and if necessary to request that such information be either amended or deleted from our stored data. Please contact by email or send us your request by post to:

Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the European Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you also have a seven day "cooling off" period in which you may cancel your purchase for any reason, starting the day after you receive your goods. If you decide you do not want / do not require any goods purchased from us within the seven days after you receive them; simply send your unused goods back to us, carefully packed by, recorded mail and we shall refund your payment within 30 days. In such cases we do not reimburse the cost of returning these goods. Should we consider that the goods have been opened / used / damaged and are in an unsatisfactory condition of return (such as to render them non resalable to other customers) then we may not refund purchase costs. In such a case we will contact you to inform you of such a situation and once again offer to return them back to you at your cost. This in no way affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Stock

In the unlikely situation that your item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and ask whether or not you would like us to issue you a refund, despatch a similar alternative or wait until the item is back in stock.

Law And Liability Limitation

The contracts by the sales of goods by Crystal Harmony shall be subject to and governed by Scottish Law. Liability of Crystal Harmony shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Crystal Harmony cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the items it sells or any information on it’s web site.
While we endeavour to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the web site, we
make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
We make no warranty that the web site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses, malware or spyware or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the web site.
